Kim Clifford, PA-C
Kim is a certified physician assistant specializing in adult care. Originally from Colorado, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Sport and Exercise Science. After moving to Portland, OR she completed a graduate certificate in public health from OHSU, then graduated PA school at Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington. Kim spent seven years in emergency medicine in Portland, Oregon, gaining valuable experience in acute care. She is also passionate about volunteering, she currently works with nonprofits to provide direct medical care to those experiencing houselessness. She believes in always meeting her patients where they are at regardless of their current situation.

Prior to attending PA school Kim worked as a massage therapist in alternative medicine clinics, working alongside other integrative medicine practitioners. She has the perspective of working in both the eastern and western medical world. While working in the hospital in acute care she grew frustrated with the large healthcare systems and the lack of holistic interventions. She is now transitioning back to outpatient medicine where she can focus on integrative treatment for ADHD.

Kim was inspired to start PNW-ADHD Clinic with her business partner Elizabeth after witnessing the challenges her husband, friends, and family faced in finding ADHD care. She pursued an intensive functional psychiatric certification training specializing in ADHD. She also has experience working in a traditional outpatient mental health clinic as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy. Kim offers traditional medication management from a functional medicine perspective, believing in personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient and their families.

Kim is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Dr. Deb Kiehlmeier, DO
Deb is a board-certified general psychiatrist. Originally from New Jersey, she completed her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and then attended medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating, she completed her psychiatric residency at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Since completing residency in 2021, and moving to the PNW, Dr. Kiehlmeier has worked in many different psychiatric settings, but now focuses fully on her private practice.
