How to Schedule an Appointment
We are excited to welcome new patients to our clinic If you're joining us for the first time, please visit our contact page and share a overview of your needs. Our team will get back to you promptly via email. We are in network with Regence BCBS of Oregon, Moda, Aetna, Cigna, and can bill some Care Oregon Plans. We offer sliding scale cash rates on an indivitual basis.
What to Expect
Your first visit will last about 60 minutes. All initial assessments and medication management appointments are conducted in person at one of our two office locations to ensure a thorough evaluation. After your first appointment, you’ll have the flexibility to choose either in-person or telehealth visits for follow-up care.
If you’re seeking psychotherapy, you may begin care via telehealth without an in-person visit. For ADHD assessments, please note that the evaluation process typically takes 2–3 visits to allow for a comprehensive and accurate diagnosis. In some cases, we may recommend lab work or request records from your previous providers before prescribing medication, to ensure the safest and most personalized treatment plan.
